Employment Insurance Numbers Released

There is little change to the number of people in Canada receiving Employment Insurance benefits.
Statistics Canada says the over 490,000 in November is about the same as October, but a 5.5% decrease from November 2013.
In Ontario, the 143,000 receiving benefits is about 800 less than October’s figure and more than 9% lower than last November.
