EMS Chief Speaks Out About 7 Responder Deaths

Superior North EMS Chief Norm Gale is commenting on the sad news that seven Ontario first responders recently took their own lives.
Gale says it’s concerning and it’s something they are addressing locally.
He says they are working with their paramedics on a workplace mental wellness program, to improve ways of dealing with the stress.
He adds many fire, police and paramedics deal with post traumatic stress disorder.
