The English River Miners have made some moves.
The Miners have acquired forward Colin MacDonald from the Grand Forks Bruins in the KIJHL in B.C.
The 6’3, 190-pound defenceman recorded three assists in 15 games with the Bruins and has Alberta Junior Hockey experience in Calgary.
The Miners have also secured forward Jason Janke from the Airdrie Thunder of the Junior ‘B’ League in Alberta.
To make room for the new recruits English River has parted ways with Kenora’s Cameron Novak and Ryder Prue, who have been sent to WayWay of the Manitoba Junior Hockey League.
Novak had two goals and one assist in 15-games on the blueline.
Prue recorded 9-goals and 12-assists in 20-games up front.
