A 28 year old man from Red Rock has been charged after the Dryden OPP received a complaint of a driver in Eton Township.
The incident was reported around 9:00 Saturday night after a vehicle was seen driving without headlights and driving erratically.
Police were able to stop the vehicle and charged the driver with not only impaired operation of a motor vehicle, but he’s also been charged with two counts of failing to comply with a release order.
He appeared yesterday in court to answer to the charges.
