ETFO reaches tentative deal with the province

A second teachers union has a tentative deal with the province.

The Elementary Teachers Federation of Ontario, joins the Ontario Secondary School Teachers Federation in successfully negotiated with the government.

There’s no word as to when ETFO members will get to vote on the deal.

They’ve been without a contract since last September.

Education Minister Stephen Lecce is now encouraging the other unions to come to the table and get a deal done.
