A four point night for Evan Walls propelled the Dryden GM Ice Dogs to a convincing 5-1 win over Fort Frances Saturday night in the SIJHL.
Walls scored a pair of goals, including a short-handed marker, and set up two others.
Chris Atanas, Luke Bellerose and Wyatt Lawrence also found the back of the net.
Dryden GM outshot the Lakers 43-28, with Logan Sawka picking up the win.
Hunter Buzzi of Ignace picked up an assist on the lone goal for Fort Frances.
The Ice Dogs remain one point back of first place after the Thief River Falls Norskies improved to 4-0 with a 6-3 win over the Minnesota Iron Rangers.
