Prairie Willow Wellness Training is bringing Mental Health First Aid – Essentials training to Dryden, ON, on March 25th. We have a few seats remaining. Training will be held at the Dryden Regional and Cultural Training Centre from 8:30 – 4:30
This nationally recognized course, developed by the Mental Health Commission of Canada, equips participants with the skills and confidence to:
• Recognize the early signs of developing mental health problems
• Respond appropriately to emerging mental health crises
• Provide initial support until professional help is available
• Reduce stigma and strengthen psychological safety within teams
Mental Health First Aid Essentials is particularly valuable for supervisors, HR professionals, educators, frontline staff, and community leaders — anyone who may notice when someone may be struggling.
