Residents in the Sioux Lookout area are being reassured there is no actual emergency at the the airport today, as the Municipality is conducting an emergency exercise.
Smoke, fire and an increased presence of emergency vehicles will either be at or near the airport.
Training exercises like this are legislated and are performed periodically the Town says in a post to social media.
