One of the busiest long weekends of the year is almost here and that will likely mean long line-up’s at northwestern Ontario border crossings.
Officials are reminding the public to have travel documents ready.
All adult travellers are required to have a passport, enhanced driver’s licence, or other approved travel document, while children under 16 must have birth certificate or a certified copy.
Canada Border Services says Friday afternoon is the peak time for travel and for those coming back to Canada, the agency says Sunday evening, and Monday afternoon, are typically the busiest times
