Extended Hours For Kiiwetinoong Polling Station Means Delayed Results

We won’t know who wins the new riding of Kiiwetinoong until Friday morning.

Elections Ontario has extended the voting hours at one of the polling stations (032) until midnight.

In a statement, Elections Ontario says the results of the riding will not be released until all of the polls are closed.

A total of seven polling stations in the province are reporting technical issues with voting machines and that’s the reason behind the extended hours.

That means it will be a wait for Clifford Bull, Sol Mamakwa, Doug Lawrance, Christine Penner Polle and Kenneth Jones.
