Another Monday – and another “Extreme Cold Warning”
Cold temperatures combined with moderate west to northwest winds will give wind chill values of near minus 40 this morning.
This morning’s warnngs cover Dryden, Red Lake, Ear Falls, Sioux Lookot, Kenora, Fort Frances and west into Winnipeg.
Those extreme wind chills will moderate slowly beginning later this morning under the strengthening February sun.
