After a damp, cool summer, Environment Canada is predicting better times ahead.
Senior Weather Specialist David Phillips says based on information they have gathered in recent weeks, both the fall and winter look to be a bit warmer than usual.
Phillips says this summer was the second coldest on record in the Dryden area and also one of the wettest.
