The Ministry of Natural Resources and Forestry continues to work on a suppression plan for two fast-growing fires in the remote north.
The blazes surround Summer Beaver First Nation.
One fire has grown to 3,500 hectares in a very short period of time.
Right now it’s 19-kilometres northeast and burning away from the remote community.
The second one is 220-hectares in size, about 10-kilometres away from Summer Beaver.
