Fatal Collision

RCMP in Manitoba continue to investigate a fatal motor vehicle collision about 2 kilometres west of Falcon Lake on the Trans Canada Highway.
Police say an eastbound mini-van lost control on the highway around 9:30 this morning, crossed the meridian, and slammed into a tractor trailor unit.
A female passenger in the van was killed, while the male driver was taken by air ambulance to Lake of the Woods Hospital in Kenora.
Police have not released any names.
