Fatal Collision on Trans Canada Highway

A 16-year-old Thunder Bay area teen is dead as the result of a weekend single vehicle crash.
OPP Constable Diana Cole says it happened on Highway 11-17, west of Highway 102.
Cole says a westbound GMC Sierra left the road, struck several guide posts, and landed on its roof.
The victim, Marvin Spencer, was pronounced dead at the scene while two other occupants were taken to Hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
