Fatal Update

OPP have released the name of the occupants involved in a fatal motor vehicle collision west of Upsala yesterday morning.
Police say an eastbound pickup, towing a trailer carrying livestock, left Highway 17 and struck a rock cut.
52-year-old Phyllis Strain of Carberry, Manitoba and 30-year-old Kurt Ostermann of Lockport, Manitoba were pronounced dead at the scene.
Police continue to investigate.
