Fate of Vince Li Will be Made Public

The public will find out after all whether the man who beheaded a fellow passenger on a Greyhound bus will be kept in an institution or released with conditions.
Vince Li was found not criminally responsible for killing Tim McLean in front of horrified passengers near Portage la Prairie last July.
Manitoba’s Criminal Code review board is to decide his future at a hearing Monday.
The board will make its decision public, but may not give detailed reasons for the ruling.
