A couple of false alarms for the Dryden Fire Service on the weekend.
Firefighters responded to a fire alarm at a St. Charles Street apartment Saturday afternoon.
Firefighters arrived but there was no fire and the alarm was replaced by building staff.
A half hour later another alarm went off at a Pine Crescent home.
No one was home and crews determined that the smoke alarm had malfunctioned and went off on its own.
