A new initiative is underway for 30-remote First Nations in the Sioux
Lookout area to improve access and opportunity in the skilled trades field.
Spokesperson Bob Bruyere says the goal of the federally funded project
is to generate a new wave of home grown skilled workers, while improving the
social and economic conditions of Aboriginals.
