The Municipality of Red Lake is receiving nearly $1.1-million for the redevelopment of Seventh Street.
The money is coming from both levels of government.
The project will entail a soil assessment of eight acres of land to encourage residential development.
Mayor Phil Vinet says the funding will lead to economic and social growth and he’s thanking the Feds and Ontario for their support.
