Federal Funding to Renovate Atikokan Museum

The Federal Government is spending nearly $36,000 to upgrade the Centennial Museum in Atikokan.
The money will be used to add 2-new permanent exhibition halls as well as a gallery for temporary exhibits.
Other upgrades will help improve lighting, climate control and collection storage facilities.
Kenora Conservative MP Greg Rickford made the funding announcement Thursday.
