FedNor Cash for Atikokan

The Federal Government is helping economic initiatives in the Atikokan area.
Atikokan’s Community Futures Development Corporation has received $75,000 in FedNor funding.
The money is being used to support a variety of small, regional economic development projects.
Atikokan Youth Initiatives and the Rainy River Future Development Corporation also received FedNor funding to hire youth interns.
The Atikokan Intergenerational Centre for Arts and Alternatives received $166,000 to develop a strategic plan.
