FedNor Out With Funding For Regional Initiatives

Five regional initiatives are receiving a total of $1.5-million from FedNor.
Minister Greg Rickford made the announcement Tuesday.
The money will go towards the Northern Ontario Angels Enterprise Gateway, the Innovation Centre, Confederation College, the research farm and the Northern Chiefs Council.
$90,000 will be used at the research farm to develop a feasibility study to explore regional business opportunities.
