FedNor Supports Fibra-Tech Plant

The Federal Government believes the Town of Atikokan will land on
it’s feet, if the Coal Fired Station does close down in 2007.
Andy Mitchell, the Minister Responsible for FedNor says the community
has a lot going for it, including the Fibra-Tech Manufacturing Plant.
Mitchell toured the facility last week and he says $2.75 million in
Federal funds has paid off.
The Plant employees 120-people and Mitchell believes production
levels have exceeded expectations.
