Treaty Three, The City of Kenora, and both levels of

Government need to work together to address the homeless

situation in the municipality.

A clean, affordable, & community orientated housing unit

is what one Kenora resident would like to see.

John Rodrick McDonald-Skead stays at the Fellowship

Centre, and says counseling & job training would improve

the lives of those resident’s who do not have a place to

stay.
