Files Shared At Thunder Bay Hospital

An error at the Thunder Bay Regional Health Sciences Centre.
The hospital is reporting 500 patient records from July 2012 to April 2013, including MRI images, were shared without authorization.
It was discovered last month that a hospital doctor shared patient information with another physician that didn’t have credentials.
Officials say it’s too soon to say if anyone will lose their job as a result and a review process is underway.
