Ontario’s Finance Minister Charles Sousa says he agrees with the initial proposal from a Premier’s Advisory Council looking at governments assets.
An interim report from Ed Clark recommends selling off parts of Hydro One, and keeping, but revamping the Liquor Control Board of Ontario.
Sousa says the initial recommendation suggest ways to improve customer service, increase efficiencies, and maximize the value the assets.
A final recommendation is due out in the spring.
