Dryden Councilor Martin MacKinnon says it’s going to be tough to find a replacement for outgoing City Manager Joe van Koeverden.
MacKinnon says given the financial state of the community, it may result in a lack of responses from willing candidates.
Van Koeverden leaves for central Ontario in April.
MacKinnon says they need a strategy to attract a suitable candidate.
A special Council meeting will be held on Monday to discuss how to fill the position.
