Dryden Fire Officials say an electrical problem caused a fire at the
Hillcrest Animal Clinic Tuesday night.
The blaze was reported around 8:00 after smoke was seen bellowing from the building.
Crews quickly arrived on scene and put out the blaze.
The building suffered substantial smoke and heat damage however
Officials say it can be repaired as there was no structural
damage.
The extent of damage is unknown.
Unfortunately, despite the best efforts of firefighters, most of the animals that were inside did not make it
out due to the heavy smoke.
