Fire Crews Coming Home

The Ministry of Natural Resources Northwest Region is sending 2 water bombers to Fairbanks, Alaska to help fight fires.
Information Officer Travis Moffatt says the call came following word that 61 fire personnel were coming home from B.C.
Moffatt says there are no plans to send more crews to the Western Province, however the Northwest would be willing to provide support if need be.
The hazard in this region remains moderate.
