Construction of the new Dryden Fire Hall is about 6 weeks behind schedule as crews continue to renovate the former Hydro building on Colinization.
City Engineer Brad Johns says the sub-consultant miscalculated the size of the backup generator and transformer.
Johns says its too early to tell what the financial implications will be.
Otherwise work on the $1.3 million project is basically done and the building should be ready to open in mid-December.
