Fire Hazard Continues To Creep Up

Ministry of Natural Resources Information Officer Heather Pridham says the forest fire hazard is high and they can expect it to reach the extreme level later this week.
Meanwhile, seven new fires sparked in Northwestern Ontario Monday.
There were two in Dryden, one in Red Lake and four in the Nipigon and Geraldton districts.
Pridham says the MNR was pleased to see that folks were being careful with their camp fires over the long weekend.
