All was quiet on the forest fire front over the Canada Day long weekend.
Only two fires have sparked since Friday.
Both were small in size and quickly declared out.
One was in the Nora Lake area, southwest of Ignace.
The other was on Minnitaki Lake near Sioux Lookout.
The fire hazard is mainly low throughout the Northwest region with areas of moderate in the Dryden sector.
