More Northwestern Ontario Fire Rangers are headed west.
The MNR has sent another 61 to Alberta, to help fight a massive blaze threatening hundreds of square kilometres in the southwest portion of the Province.
There are already over 100 firefighters and 2 waterbombers out west battling flames from Manitoba to B.C.
Information Officer Debbie McLean says they are glad to help other provinces because they came here when massive blazes were burning near Sioux Lookout and Ignace earlier this summer.
