Fire Safety on Long Weekend

The fire hazard across the Region is low heading into the Canada Day
long weekend.
Ministry of Natural Resources Information Officer Debbie McLean says
although the hazard is low, a fire can still start at any time.
The MNR has battled 197 blazes in the Northwest district since the
start of the fire season.
