The 2006 fire season is officialy underway!
The Ministry of Natural Resources is already keeping busy, 6-days into
the new campaign.
Information Officer Debbie McLean says training and preparing are the
main priorities right now.

A number of people have started their spring cleanup and McLean is
urging everyone to use extreme caution when conducting outdoor burning due
to dry conditions.
