Fire Service Reminder For Hunters

The Dryden Fire Service has some reminders now that the hunting season is officially underway.
Information Officer Reagan Breeze says under the Ontario Fire Code, all camps and cottages must have a working smoke alarm.
The fine for not having one is $235, and can be as high as $50,000 for an individual or $100,000 for a corporation.
Breeze also recommends installing a carbon monoxide alarm.
For more information, contact your local fire department.
