Fire Service Spending Under Microscope Tonight

A clearer picture will be provided Monday night on fire service training spending in the City of Dryden.
Council received a request last month to approve the appointment of a dozen new volunteer fire fighters.
That sparked considerable debate and raised questions about an increase in the Fire Service budget.
Fire Chief Ken Kurz was on vacation at the time but he will be available to provide clarification during the Committee of the Whole meeting at 7 o’clock.
The 2015 Fire Service Operating Budget will also be presented.
