An electrical problem has been identified as the cause of a fire that
caused considerable smoke damage to the Hillcrest Animal Clinic Tuesday.
Veterinarian Dr. Bobby Egli says 1-dog managed to escape and he stresses
he did everything he could to save the other animals.

4-dogs and 4-cats didn’t make it out and a handful of other animals
succumbed to the smoke.
While the Clinic will be down for a few months, Egli says he is
looking at the possibility of a temporary location.
