First Nation’s Receive Funds for Study

New Osnaburg, Kasabonika, Muskrat Dam and Pikangikum First Nations are
just a few of the Northern reserves taking part in a Provincial feasibility
study.
Minister of Natural Resources David Ramsay says over $500,000
will be used to look at setting up community and small business
centres.
Community centres act as a place to house essential services such as
daycare and social services.
Ramsay say creating a small business centre will help spur economic
development in the Far North.
