First Nations Report #1

A new study on economic development in first nations is

urging the Federal government to scrap the Indian Act, and

allow some form of self-governance.

Author of the Public Policy Forum Report Gordon Shanks

says the act makes it difficult for native communities to

utilize business oportunities.
