First Nations Upset with Bell

Area First Nation residents are still experiencing difficulties getting their HST exemption.
The Union of Ontario Indians is speaking out against Bell Canada, claiming the company is ignoring requests for provincial sales tax refunds.
Spokesperson Maurice Switzer says the customer service agents he spoke with were unaware of the situation.
Switzer is also upset that some people have had to wait on the phone for over 4-hours.
All phone, cable and satellite bills were expected to be PST free as of 2-months ago.
