The 2008-2009 Ontario Fishing Regulations Summary is now
available, and the new rules come into effect January 1st.
The Ministry of Natural Resources will be replacing the
current 37-fishing divisions with 20-management zones.
Spokesperson Yolanta Kowalski says the new regulations
are simpler and streamlined.

The 2008-2009 summary has improved text and maps to help
users find regulations and make the summary easier to use.
