Two Dryden anglers have been fined a total of four thousand dollars after pleading guilty to fishing violations.
The Ministry of Natural Resources say a 24-year-old and a 30-year-old man were charged for having 17-walleye over the legal limit.
The two have also been fined an extra 300-dollars for having live walleye and for having walleye that could not be properly measured.
The MNR checked the men last month while fishing on Vaughan Lake on Lac Seul.
Their fishing equipment was also seized.
