‘Flavour Gone’ Hits Family Safety Night

Some 25-youth ambushed the Dryden Arena last week to call on the public to support the banning of flavoured tobacco.
The ‘Flavour Gone’ group dressed in colourful suits to raise awareness of what they call unethical tobacco industry marketing tactics.
Spokesperson Roberta Lappage says tobacco companies have found loopholes in Bill C-32 and they want the Government to close those right away.
The youth movement collected petitions as part of the campaign.
Lappage says similar campaigns will be held across the Region this Summer.
