The Northwestern Health Unit has already administered 9-
thousand more flu shots than last year at this time.
Flu Shot Clinics wrapped up in November, but area
residents still can get vaccinated by calling their local
health unit office.
Spokesperson Cindy McKinnon says there has been some flu
like activity in the region, but notes the worst is yet to
come.
