Flyers Beat Duluth; Former Dog Back in SIJHL

The Sioux Lookout Flyers exploded for 4-unanswered goals en route to a 5-2 victory over the visiting Duluth Clydesdales Sunday in the Superior International Junior Hockey League.
Darnell Ferland, Nelson Rosiak, Casey Mertens, Justin Veltri and Jacob Nolan found the back of the net for the Flyers, who peppered 46-shots on the Clydesdales net.
Jesse Wilkins made 42-saves for the victory.
Elsewhere in the SIJHL, the Fort Frances Lakers have acquired former Ice Dog Garrett Nystedt from Blind River of the Northern Ontario Junior Hockey League.
