Flyers Behind the Eight Ball

The Sioux Lookout Flyers are glad to be back home after a difficult trip to Thunder Bay.
The Flyers allowed three early goals in a 5-2 loss Wednesday night to the Fort William North Stars in Game 2 of the Best of 7 Semi-Final.
Once Sioux Lookout calmed down, they skated toe-to-toe with the SIJHL’s top club.
Chase Dobranski and AJ Wensley scored for the Flyers, while Peter Emery made 25-saves in a losing effort.
Fort William was without their Star player Trevor Gamache, who sat out his third straight game with an upper body injury.
Game 3 is Sunday night in Sioux Lookout.
