The Sioux Lookout Flyers took the league leading Fort William North Stars to Overtime only to fall 3-2 in the extra period. After a scoreless first the Stars scored twice in the second but Colton Brule and and Brad Bienvenue scored in the third to tie the game. Randall Hanlan scored the winner at 3:18 of overtime for Fort William. Jordan Giguere made 44 saves in the loss. The Flyers will now prepare for the K & A Wolverines Saturday night at home while the North Stars travel to Dryden to face the Ice Dogs.
