The Sioux Lookout Flyers are continuing to drum up support in preparation for next Tuesday’s Annual General Meeting.
In a press release, President Doug Lawrence indicates that all existing Board members have indicated that they will be stepping down at the AGM.
That means a new leadership is required if the SIJHL organization is going to continue operating.
The Flyers turned over a small $1,000 profit last year, but the club remains in debt, mainly from the first year of operation.
Lawrence says the challenges at this time are raising finances for operation, player recruitment and public relations.
